An (aspiring) Educator’s Blog

An educator blogging….novel idea.

About TeacherC

with 5 comments

On June 2, 2008 I decided to start an edublog. The primary purpose of the blog is my education and professional growth (call me selfish if you’d like). I find that I learn the most when engage in acts of assemblage. There are too many brilliant resources and news stories for me to be a passive learner. The secondary purpose of this blog is to connect with others and share information that is relevant to our lives in the classroom.

Thank you for reading this page and my blog. Follow me on twitter: @teacherc. You can contact me via email (educatorblog at gmail dot com) or AIM/gchat (screen name: educatorblog). Check out my Google profile.

  1. All of this makes for a cool and very long forum one of these days… my own interests are media theory, with some ethics thrown in. Thanks for the visit!

  2. Hi,

I’m trying to find an e-mail address to follow up the question on our school’s diversity forum, but can’t find one. Would you mind e-mailing me or pointing to where I could find your address?

  3. How are you? I’m wondering if your silence is due to your having left teaching, or to your teaching with all your might and no sleep:) Either way, all the best to you!

  5. Hi Teacher C,
I’m blogging may way through my current education experiences as well. I really lilked your thoughts on empowerment. I’ve taught music and leadership; I’m currently the dropout prevention director at a HS in AZ which is 70% Navajo and 30% wow-we-live-way-out-here!?
